In accordance with Council’s fees and charges and Library Membership and Usage Guidelines, your library membership including access to borrowing and technology use remains suspended and you have been charged a $10 administration fee.


Council requires you to take one of the following actions immediately:


    a)  Return your overdue items and pay the $10 administration fee.

    or

    b)  Pay the $10 administration fee PLUS pay the full cost for each of the overdue items


Please note: If the items remain outstanding for 12 weeks or more, you will be required to pay the administrative fee PLUS the full cost for each item regardless of the items being returned.


Items can be returned to one of Bayside Council’s libraries and placed in the returns chute at any time including after hours.


Methods of Payment

Payment of the $10 administrative fee and full costs for the items can be made:


    a)  Online - follow the Recharge/Payment link at http://library.bayside.nsw.gov.au

    or

    b)  Bank card or cash at a payment kiosk


Overdues, charges or an expired card will prevent any reserved items from being allocated to you.
